4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Services, including the Afroxtreme name, logo, text, graphics, images, video and design, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep all copyright notices intact. Any other use requires our prior written permission.
5. User Content
If you submit content to us (such as comments, photos or reviews), you confirm that you have the right to do so and grant Afroxtreme a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce and distribute that content in connection with the Services. We may remove content that breaches these Terms.

7. Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Use them at your own risk.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. See also our Disclaimer.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Afroxtreme and its owners, directors, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim arose (which, for a free-to-read publication, will usually be nothing). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Afroxtreme from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Services at any time, without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or if required by law.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Zambia. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zambia, unless the law requires otherwise. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the new Terms.
15. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Afroxtreme regarding the Services.
